The hotel had spacious, clean rooms that were quite big compared to others, but they were too hot and had a slight smoky smell. The service was very courteous but faced some difficulty in understanding English, yet they were helpful and friendly. The location was not ideal due to some unpleasant smells, but fantastic for being close to the market, centrum, and the tomb of Rumi. The dining experience was nice but affected by smoke from the adjacent smoking area, and the breakfast was costly. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects.

The hotel offers a really great value for money stay with the private spa in the room, making it an excellent experience. The interior room was spacious, featuring a work area, an LCD TV screen, and a velvet upholstered settee. The rooms are much bigger than standard hotel rooms, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Despite the minor setback of the window opening up to a stairway, I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.
